Sports injuries rarely wait for an ambulance. Sprains, breaks, head knocks, collapses and heavy bleeding can all happen in a single training session. This course is built around the injuries you are most likely to see on the pitch, the court or the mat.
Sports first aid training gives coaches, instructors and club staff the skills to deal with an injury the moment it happens, before the ambulance arrives.
On completion, you will have completed recognised first aid training that meets the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and is accepted nationwide as a valid qualification. It is the Emergency First Aid at Work course, delivered with a sporting setting firmly in mind.
