Basic Life Support & Automated External Defibrillator

The Basic Life Support & Safe Use of an AED is delivered in a supportive and interactive environment. You will learn through practical demonstrations, hands on practice, and real-life scenarios to help reinforce your understanding.

    Practical assessment on CPR and AED use and Short multiple choice knowledge check.

Course Requirements
  • No prior first aid knowledge needed
  • Minimum age 14 years
  • Physically able** to carry out practical elements
  • Comfortable clothing recommended
  • A smartphone or tablet is required to scan QR codes for the test
