Course Information

Sports First Aid (In House Training)

Sports First Aid gives coaches, instructors and club staff the skills to deal with an injury the moment it happens, before the ambulance arrives.

It is the Emergency First Aid at Work course, delivered with a sporting setting firmly in mind. On completion, each delegate holds recognised first aid training that meets the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

That qualifies them to act as a first aider in a low risk environment, and the certificate is accepted nationwide.

We bring the whole course to your club, gym or ground, on a date that suits you, so your team trains together and around your fixtures.
 

Pricing

In house pricing starts from £450 + VAT for up to 12 delegates. The price is the same whether you train 5 people or a full group of 12, so a fuller session gives you better value per person.

Three things can affect the price: your location, the date, and the number of delegates if you go above 12. Inside the M25, an additional £50 + VAT applies.

Our pricing works in groups of up to 12 delegates per trainer. If you have more than 12, we simply add another trainer, and we can provide as many trainers as you need.

  • 13 to 24 delegates - £920 + VAT, 2 trainers
  • 25 to 36 delegates - £1,320 + VAT, 3 trainers


Weekend dates are worth noting for clubs, since training often fits best around match days and out of season windows.

Safe Haven Training delivers this course throughout the UK. We love delivering it, so there really is no place we won't go, from grassroots clubs to professional academies.

Timings

The course usually runs from 09:00 to 16:00. As we deliver at your site, we can adjust these timings to suit you, as long as the correct course hours are met.

For example, we can run the day from 08:00 to 15:00, or from 10:00 to 17:00. Just let us know what works best around your training schedule.
