To cancel a course booking, customers must notify Safe Haven Training Limited in writing by email. Unfortunately, cancellations made by phone cannot be accepted.
Cancellations made more than 10 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the course start date are non-refundable, and the full course fee will still apply.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and special cases may be considered at our discretion.
