This is an online 2-hour Fire Safety for Early Years course and is designed to support Early Years settings in understanding their legal obligations and responsibilities in terms of fire safety. It is an interactive and comprehensive online course that will give you the awareness of fire safety in early years settings such as nurseries or schools. It gives you the fire safety knowledge on fire prevention and risks to ensure the safety of children and adults within the Early Years setting. The Fire Safety for Early Years course has been developed in line with national health and safety guidelines, OFSTED, and the EYFS statutory framework.

This online course is aimed at anyone working in an Early Years setting such as nursery staff, teachers, and childminders.
Assessment and Certification
Throughout this online course, there will be a range of learning styles used with interactive quizzes, video, and audio features to help you gain knowledge on Fire Safety. You will be able to complete the course within your own pace, whilst testing your knowledge as you progress through the course content. This online course can be completed on any PC or mobile device. There will be self-checks after each section, and at the end of the course, there will be a multiple-choice assessment in which you will need to achieve over 70% to pass.
Upon successful completion, learners will be able to download their certificates to show that they have successfully completed and passed the course. This course has been approved by the CPD Accreditation Group and this course qualifies for 2 CPD points. This Fire Safety for Early Years course is also accredited and approved by FAIB.
