As one of our First Aid Trainers, you’ll be out there delivering engaging, hands on sessions that make learning fun and memorable. You’ll teach individuals, schools, and organisations how to stay calm and act fast in an emergency - the kind of skills that really make a difference when it matters most.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing - Key Responsibilities

  • Running interactive, confidence building first aid courses
  • Supporting learners and helping them achieve their certification
  • Keeping your first aid knowledge up to date
  • Bringing great energy and customer care to every session

Could You Be a Great Fit?

Here’s what we’d ideally like you to have

Qualifications and prerequisites

  • UK based
  • A current and valid First Aid Instructor certificate (or other relevant training qualifications)
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or Level 3 Award in Education & Training - AET)
  • 2+ years of experience delivering training (bonus if in varied settings)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Basic computer and tech skills (Email, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident classroom presence
  • Access to clean, up to date training equipment, including:
    • 3x Adult, 3x Child, and 3x Baby CPR manikins
    • 1x full AED for demonstration & 3x mini AEDs for practice
    • Projector and laptop/ipad

Where You’ll Deliver Training

Our courses run all over the UK - from schools and offices to sports clubs, hotels, and more. We’ll always try to keep you local, but every now and then you might get the chance to travel. Don’t worry, if you do, we’ll cover mileage (and accommodation if needed).

We get it, life’s busy. That’s why we offer total flexibility. You’ll receive course offers based on your location and availability. You will have the choice to accept it at your convenience.
