A personalised certificate will be issued upon completion of the course. Please enter the name as it should appear on the certificate for each attendee.
If you select this option, you will be issued a Medium British Standard First Aid Kit which will be given to you at the end of your course.
By selecting this option, you will receive an additional certificate that allows you to be a first aider in the workplace. This additional certificate will mean you can be an appointed first aider in a low-risk workplace.
Already booked but something came up, or hesitant to commit while your schedule is uncertain? Transfer your course to any available date at no additional cost.as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

To cancel a course booking, customers must notify Safe Haven Training Limited in writing by email. Unfortunetly, cancellations made by phone cannot be accepted.
Cancellations made more than 10 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the course start date are non-refundable, and the full course fee will still apply.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and special cases may be considered at our discretion.
