Course Duration: 7 hours (usually 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Flexible timings are available for group bookings at your venue.

1. Roles and responsibilities of a first aider, 2. Assessing an incident, 3. Managing an unresponsive casualty, 4. CPR, 5. Recovery Position, 6. Use of AED ( Defibrillator), 7. Choking, 8. Seizures, 9. Shock, 10. Wounds and bleeding, 11. Minor injuries, 12. Cuts, grazes, and bruises, 13. Minor burns and scalds.
Validity: Certification lasts 3 years.
When Will I Get My Certificate? Within 48 hours of course completion.
Assessment: Practical tasks + a simple multiple-choice test. No prior first aid knowledge needed.
