Our 2 Day Paediatric First Aid course our fully recognised and accepted by the Department of Education and the Ofsted, and meets EYFS requirements, making it ideal for childcare professionals, teachers, and parents.
Additionally, we also offer Ofqual-regulated First Aid courses for a small additional fee. These courses provide a nationally recognised Ofqual certificate upon completion.

Yes, anyone can provide first aid in an emergency situation, even if they are not formally trained.
However, employers are legally required to ensure that designated first aiders hold a valid certificate to meet Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations in the workplace.
We aim to deliver all certificates within 14 working days of course completion and payment.
If you need proof sooner, we can send a confirmation email to show your employer, confirming that you have successfully completed the relevant First Aid course.
A replacement certificate can be issued upon request for a fee of £5.
Yes, we can deliver First Aid at Work courses on weekends upon request.
An additional fee of £50 per weekend day will apply.

Yes, it is possible to fail a 3-day first aid course if you do not meet the required standards in the practical assessments or final exam.
However, we provide comprehensive training, including clear instruction, hands-on practice, and support from experienced trainers to ensure you are well-prepared.

For groups of 6 or more delegates, consider booking the course in-house at your venue for a more cost-effective and convenient option.
We kindly request payment 14 days prior to the course start date.
If this isn't possible, please contact us to reserve your place.
Payments can be made via Stripe or by bank transfer.
According to HSE guidelines, 1 trainer can teach up to 12 students per course.
If necessary, additional trainers can be added upon request.
For our open courses, we usually have a maximum of 12 students.
Unregulated courses may allow for more students, depending on the trainer's discretion.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear due to the practical elements of the course.
All courses begin at 9:00 AM and follow this schedule:
- 10:30 AM – 15-minute break
- 12:00 PM – 30-minute lunch break
- 2:30 PM – 15-minute break
- 4:00 PM – Course ends (unless otherwise arranged)
Our first aid courses start from £100 + VAT per person.

Our regulated first aid certificates are valid for three years.
For awareness courses, we recommend renewing your certificate every 12 months to keep your skills current.
