As standard, your certificate will be regulated by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB). The FAIB certification meets Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations in the same way as the Ofqual accreditation certificate. The only difference is by paying the additional £20 fee, your certificate will be regulated by Ofqual - which is desirable for some Government funded organisations.

To cancel a course booking, customers must notify Safe Haven Training Limited in writing by email. Unfortunetly, cancellations made by phone cannot be accepted.
Cancellations made more than 10 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the course start date are non-refundable, and the full course fee will still apply.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and special cases may be considered at our discretion.
